I am trying to make this one short and sweet…that’s my goal! This past week was great! I am not sure what we did (I do, but can’t believe it), but Monday’s workout made us sore and as we moved into Tabata Tuesday we pushed ourselves over the edge with extreme soreness (sore is okay, PAIN is BAD) and then we took it home with Stabilization Strength Wednesday!! Balancing on one leg for 21 exercises was quite a feat!!! Thursday was a day off and hopefully you all used that day to allow your body to rest! Remember those little muscle fibers are tearing and rebuilding themselves to make you STRONGER!!! Friday was lots of new exercises….fun, hard, and tiring! BY THE WAY, you guys ROCKED those SPIDERMAN PUSHUPS!!! I really wish I was video taping them!! Those of you that didn’t have too many glasses of wine Friday night came in bright and early for a 7:30 Saturday class—way to go!!

Monday- 5:15 am, 9:10 am (Bootcamp Light), 4:15 pm, 7:00 pm
Tuesday- 5:15 am
Wednesday-5:15 am, 4:15 pm, 7:00 pm
Thursday- 9:10 am
Friday- 5:15 am, 9:10 am, 4:15 pm (this class was added for a makeup for my teachers, but all are welcome)
Saturday- 7:30 am
***Don’t forget-you can bring your kids with you….Emma is running around at the 9:10 class and loves a playmate!!***
