Hopefully these past 8 weeks have been as good for you as they have been for me. You are all getting STRONGER, I see it! I see those tricep muscles during those BELOVED tricep dips and I know the number of pushups you could do since week 1 has gone up!! AWESOME!!! I can’t believe 8 weeks have gone as fast as they have!
The new session starts Monday and the prices are listed on the “new session” page, the prices have been adjusted for 6 weeks rather than 8 weeks (and you also have the option of paying for 12 weeks for a small discount). Promotions are also available if you bring a friend to sign up for the new session…your spouse counts and a past no excuser also counts.
There is a 9:10 class today and a 4:15 class (Friday, October 19th)…I am doing a makeup for one of the holidays my teachers missed out on! Come on in!

Snack tip: Popcorn is a great snack (obviously without all the butter) and a great source of fiber!!

PS- Some people have been bringing their kids (boys or girls) to do some of the classes. Kids are welcome to take the 4:15 or 7:00 class. Ten years old and up seems to be the magic age, but if you think a younger one can handle it, go for it! Kids are $4. Make sure they bring a water bottle! I think this is a great thing for kids to do with their parents, it is great for kids to see their parents exercising and something we can do together. Give it a try!!
