Sorry this post is a little late…it was a rough weekend at our house and I when I think back it could have been way worse! Becca puked in our bed Friday night and ended up with Strep. The rest of us are all trying to fight off these little bugs! The “sweat it out” theory doesn’t seem to be working. Agghhhhh!
The temperature is warming up….not just outside, but inside at No Excuses. The heater was a little weird on Friday and Saturday, didn’t get warmer than 32 degrees and today it was 63 degrees when I got there and we had the window open!! Soooooo……make sure you wear layers!!

NEED A FEW MORE PEOPLE….
If you are interested, I am looking for a few more people to do some nutritional logs with. I have a few volunteers all ready and I am looking for a few more (you are my guinea pigs this time and there is no charge). What is involved? You keep an honest diary of what you eat for 3 days (no trying to cut back and no cheating). I will take a look at the log and then we will sit down and I will give you some suggestions on how you can add some nutritional value to your days and eliminate some of the not so nutritional items. After the HONEST tracking, some of you will recognize what you need to change and need little assistance from me, but it is nice to get some fresh ideas and suggestions. If you are interested, please let me know.
