Here’s your challenge….Complete one of these workouts posted or come up with your own….have someone take a picture of you doing a workout somewhere cool, on a beach, on a cruise ship, in line for a ride, at the zoo, at the trampoline place in Buffalo Grove, anywhere you might be this Spring Break and text it or email it to me. For every picture I receive, your class will get to replace an exercise in the circuit I have planned with a more preferred exercise. For example, if burpees are planned for Wednesday’s workout….you can swap lunges for burpees, or squats, or pushups. So….send pictures of you doing a workout in a fun, exciting, place!

Do something this week! I am going to have some cocktails, lay on a lounge chair, but I am also going to get in some exercise (hopefully a long run on the beach)!
