I hope you had a great week and made it thru the rain without a wet basement! It’s so sad to see all the carpeting at the end of driveways this past week. Thank you so much to Dana and Jen for taking my classes this week, they did a terrific job and I truly appreciate it! I would watch the clock tick by and then wait the appropriate 10 minutes and text them to see who was at class and how it went.
I am doing great, actually I should say good, not great, but I am definitely looking forward to getting back to class! I may be moving a little slow, actually really slow the first week and then slow the second week, but definitely need to get out of the house!! I am getting bored and I can all ready tell starting to push myself a little more than I should! It’s especially hard for me because I used to be able to rationalize eating something with the number of workouts I did, but that is not the case right now and that means I NEED to watch what I put in my body a little more.
Congrats to those of you that did 100 Pushups…either with us as a group or took on the challenge yourself at home. If you didn’t make it to 100, that’s just fine because I am 100% POSITIVE that you did way more than you thought you could (and I am pretty sure almost everyone made it to 100)!! I can’t wait to tell you about the next challenge, but I think I’ll wait, I don’t want to deter anyone from signing up for the next session!! lol! 🙂
I am so looking forward to the MINI SESSION starting JULY 8th-JULY 19th!! If there is a time to try out some classes this would be the time…it’s a short session!!
