Wednesday’s WORKOUT….How many of you will do this one?

HERE YOU GO……YES YOU CAN…..Great TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!!!  It’s quick, get it done!!  How long did it take you?  If you want the challenge, reverse the pyramid and do it back up starting with 1 burpee to 20.  

Reminder: No pushups with the burpee, keep core tight and don’t sway your back.  Get a jump each time.  If you need to modify, you can walk the burpee out.  When doing a jumping jack you need to touch your hands at the top and keep your arms and legs straight.
