Short and sweet today. I am running around crazy with basketball games and wanted to send out the reminder that there is no class tomorrow at 5:15. We are going to go Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday this week.
I also wanted to let you know that my hope…when I am planning the workouts for the week, is that Wednesday will have more cardio than Monday/Friday days. We will always have cardio components and strength training components in each workout, but on Wednesday I am going to try and amp up the cario…..BEWARE!!
