Last call to send me a picture of yourself on the scale!! Send this to a friend….maybe they just need the extra push! I am the only person that knows the number on the scale. I’m putting my weight out there for everyone to see…pretty gutsy….it’s just a number!!
The pot is at $325, there are 13 of us so far betting on ourselves. BET ON YOU!! For those of you that are all ready part of the DIET BET adventure I am also going to add some extra incentives to those of us that meet the 4% and then some! IF (which I know isn’t going to happen, but the question came up) NO ONE reaches their 4% I get to keep all the money! Just kidding! We will ante up again and have a bigger pot to split the next session!! Extra Incentives for this Session:
- For every 1% you add to your 4% weight loss I will take off an additional $10 to NEXT session’s fee!
- The person with the MOST percentage of weight loss will get an automatic 30% off NEXT session plus their additional percentage that he/she lost.
- The person with the second highest percentage of weight loss will get an automatic 20% off NEXT session plus their additional percentage that he/she lost.
- The person with the third highest percentage of weight loss will get an automatic 10% off NEXT session plus their additional percentage that he/she lost.
I know, I know, I talk about the weight on the scale NOT mattering, but this is the easiest way to keep track of a large group. In the future I would love to do measurements and keep track that way, but for now, this is the easiest for me and you!! I have a feeling I am going to be donating my $25 to the pot….so you can each count on making $2.
A FEW TIPS TO HELP THIS WEEK:
- DRINK LOTS and LOTS of WATER!!
- Watch your carbohydrate intake…(only eat half the bun, not bread and pasta)
- Eat LOTS of veggies (more veggies than fruits)
- Replace rice with quinoa
- Eat protein (@20g after our Monday/Friday workout for sure…some eggs would be great!!)
