HEADS UP……SCHEDULE CHANGE: WE WILL HAVE CLASS TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY the week of FEBRUARY 17th, 18th, 19th. I will be out of town on Friday, February 20th.
Some of you have done this before and some of you have not….I sure hope that everyone does it, but A LOT of you definitely don’t need to and some of you I won’t even allow to do it!! BUT…. it is FUN and who doesn’t enjoy a little healthy, money-making competition?
So, the DIET BET is back on starting February 9, 2015- March 20th, 2015.
For those of you that’s don’t know about DIET BET, there is actually a website, www.dietbetter.com. What you do is bet a certain amount of money….let’s say $25. You are betting on yourself that you will lose 4% of your body weight in 6 weeks. If you lose your 4% you get your $25 back. The way you make money in this deal is if the other people in the bet don’t lose their 4% (which we hope won’t happen, but may). For example, I would need to lose 5.56 pounds and if I don’t, I get nothing back. Then, those of you that did meet the goal, get to split the remainder of the money. For example, let’s say 8 of us buy into the bet….that is a total of $200 in the pot. Only 4 of us meet the 4% goal. The four that met their 4% goal get to split $200 between them, each winner ends up making back $25 and make an additional $25. According to research, the more you BET the better chance you have at meeting your goal.

All they need to do is take a picture of their feet on the scale by February 6th (I don’t need to see anything else) and then he/she will need to take a picture by March 19th or 20th also on the scale. They can email it or text it to me and send in $25.00 LIKE THIS…
