New Session Starts Monday, October 22nd
Classes start tomorrow at 5:15 am for the NEW 6 WEEK SESSION!! Class tomorrow at 9:10 am!! Give it a shot! Tuesday there are classes at 5:15 am, 4:15 pm, and 7:00 pm!! There is something for everyone-lots of modifications can be made for those just getting back into and challenges will be given for those that need that extra push to get to the next level. Class set up is different…give it a try! See what is new at No Excuses!!

Weight Loss Challenge….needs you….
This is a challenge for those of you that want to lose those last five/ten pounds. I would like to say that I don’t like to run my life by what the scale says….as long as my clothes fit the way they are supposed to (I’m not busting out of them) and I am getting stronger (can do more pushups than I could a few months ago) I think that the scale is only a very small portion of determining our health. I know that some of you get on the scale every morning, some of you even compare before and after you go to the bathroom….please don’t! The SCALE and your WEIGHT are not what make you HEALTHY! It is what you EAT, what you DO, and how you FEEL!
